An Act of Kindness

The Dali Chamber Music Quartet performed at UNCW’s Beckwith Hall January 14, 2024.  While standing in line, a woman turned to me to say she had a second ticket, and would I like it?  I offered to buy it, and she said it was her good deed for the day, giving me the ticket.  Sarah and I sat together in the front row to enjoy the concert but also to get to know each other.  Our new friendship made the concert even more enjoyable.
