Joshua Gibbs (violin) and available members of UNCHAMBERED

UNCHAMBERED is a rising group of high-school musicians rom diverse musical backgrounds, from classical to jazz to rock to traditional American and Irish music. Such a unique mix of experience leads to a versatile group that performs everything from movie sound-tracks to pop music, anything from Bach to AC/DC. The group originally met at Coastal Christian High School and began as a chamber orchestra club there founded by Sam Tripp. However, upon including an electric guitar and drums into the club (in addition to the standard two violins, two cellos, and piano), it quickly morphed from a classical group into an instrumental group that transcends genres to create an entirely new take on instrumental music.

Since then, in addition to becoming an organization independent of CCHS, they have played two hit live concerts in Wilmington as well as other small events. For the past year they have partnered with the Restored Souls Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing respite for foster families with special needs by sponsoring free vacations for them, in order to help promote their cause through music.

Members include Zach Bunch (drums), Joshua Gibbs (violin), Daphne Davis (violin), Sam Tripp (cello), Matt Trip (drums), Chloe Scarola (cello), Jackson West (guitar), Sam Morgan (keys), and Savannah Gibbs (violin).
